AI-planned moving · New Jersey
Your quote is your price.
If it is not written on your quote before we load, we do not charge it. The same crew that quoted it does the move.
In writing, before we load.
Who quoted it does it.
Standard, not an upcharge.
Before you book, not after.
Our promise
The number we say is the number you pay.
If it is not written on your quote before we load, we do not charge it.
The only thing that changes a final bill is work you ask for on the day — and we tell you what it costs before we do it. Long-distance moves are billed on the actual weight of your shipment and you get the weight ticket.
Every fee on the estimate, up front
Long carry, stairs, elevators, shuttle, bulky items, packing materials, waiting time, storage. All of them named on the quote, whether or not they apply to you.
Coverage explained honestly
New Jersey's standard coverage is $1.00 per pound per item — a 200 lb sofa is covered at $200, not what the sofa cost. Higher declared-value coverage is available and costs more. We put both options in writing and you choose.
Unused materials refunded
Boxes and paper are billed at cost. Whatever you do not use comes off the bill.
Why the name ends in .ai
We use AI to make your move cost less.
Most of what makes moving expensive is bad information — nobody knew about the piano, the boxes were guessed, the truck came twice. Software fixes information problems.
Your photos become the inventory
You photograph your rooms on your phone. The system reads them into an item list, so the quote is priced on what is actually in the house — not a guess that gets corrected on moving day.
Materials, right-sized
The box count comes from your inventory, not a sales pitch. You get what the move needs, and whatever goes unused is refunded off the final bill.
Logistics planned, not improvised
Crew size, truck size, timing and route are planned from the inventory before the day. One trip planned right is cheaper than two trips discovered late — that is where the savings actually come from.
How it works
Three steps, and no surprises in any of them.
A ten-minute walkthrough
Video or in person. We list what is actually moving — that list is what the price is built from, so nothing gets discovered on the day.
A written flat quote
Itemised, with the crew size and the hours it should take. Every fee that could apply is named on it. If it is not on the quote, we do not charge it.
Moving day
We arrive inside the window. Furniture is blanket-wrapped before it moves an inch, and you get a text when the crew is on the way.
Meet the crew
One person answers. The same people show up.
You deal with the people who will actually do the work — not a call center, not a different crew swapped in at the last hour.
We are a new crew, and we will not pretend otherwise. We take fewer jobs so each one gets a proper walkthrough, a written quote, and a crew that already knows the house. If we run late, we call before you have to wonder. We have no history to point to, so we hand you paper instead.
What we do
Everything that has to get on the truck.
| Service | What it covers | How priced |
|---|---|---|
| Local moves | Apartments, houses, or one heavy thing you would rather not face alone. The clock stops when the last box is inside. | Hourly |
| Long distance | Priced on the real weight of your shipment and the distance. You get the weight ticket. | By weight |
| Packing & materials | Full pack, kitchen only, or just the fragile things. Boxes dropped off beforehand so you are not taping at midnight. | Add-on |
| Pianos, safes, awkward items | Quoted as their own line so you can see exactly what the difficult item costs before you commit. | Quoted separately |
| Short-term storage | Closing dates rarely line up. We hold your shipment, inventoried, and deliver when the keys are in your hand. | Per month |
